FAQ

How are top-up / membership items delivered?

After ordering, provide your account info per the listing (or use the redemption method the merchant provides), and the merchant enables the membership on your account. The exact delivery method follows the merchant's own description on the product page.

Will a recharge affect my account data?

Legitimate top-ups only enable membership on your existing account — no account change, data preserved. Just don't change your password before delivery completes.

What if something goes wrong?
