账号要求（必读）

04 · 官方退款处理

如果出现掉订阅情况，需要客户联系 OpenAI【GPT】客服，由官方客服判断是否可以退款并处理相关事宜。我们不主动代理或保证退款结果。

05 · 退款流程及扣款

在收到退款款项后，我们将扣除20%的处理费用。剩余款项将在扣款后进行退款，退款金额将按实际情况处理。

How are top-up / membership items delivered?
